Returns

Return of goods must be agreed with ourselves in writing prior to them being despatched. A returns note number will be supplied and MUST accompany the goods. All goods must be returned in their original packaging. Where goods are not faulty, the packaging and product must reach us in a saleable condition. A restocking charge will apply to non-faulty returns.

Where goods are proved to be faulty, they will be replaced immediately. No liability for consequential damage or charges will be accepted.
